- U.S. GOVERNMENT General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State: Missouri City: St. Louis Delineated Area: North: County Highway 340/Oliver Boulevard to N Skinker Boulevard, Forest Park Parkway/Forest Park Avenue to N Grand Boulevard, Dr. Martin Luther King Drive to North Tucker, Cole Street East : County Highway 141. South: Interstate 44, West: Interstate 44/Interstate 55 Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 83,754 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 83,754 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 205 Parking Spaces (Surface): 93 Parking Spaces (Structured): 112 Parking Spaces (Reserved): 0 Full Term: 9 Years Firm Term: 7 Years Option Term: None Additional Requirements: None Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A partially serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain. The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in St. Louis, Missouri, that will be expiring. The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements and telecommunication infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.
