Description
Sole Source. The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Yuma Proving Ground (YPG), Arizona, intends to award a firm-fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Data Physics Corporation located at 2480 N. 1st St Ste 100 San Jose, CA, 95131-1030. The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG) has a requirement for annual maintenance and repair of Vibration Control/Data Acquisition systems manufactured by Data Physics Corporation. The equipment contains proprietary hardware and software only available from the equipment manufacturer. The period of performance is for one-base period with four one-year option periods. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code is 334519 - Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing with a size standard of 500 employees. Award for this requirement will be in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability to provide these requirements, then you must respond by demonstrating your firm's technical capability to meet these requirements by 10 April 2017, 12:00 PM Mountain Standard Time (MST). In order to protect proprietary information and prevent the unintentional release of protected information, all interested firms must conduct their own research regarding the specifications of the above listed item.
