FAR 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside is applicable to this Solicitation FAR 36.204 The magnitude of construction for this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. FAR 52.232-18 Ability of Funds. Funds are not presently available for this contract. The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. No legal liability on the part of the Government for any payment may arise until funds are made available to the Contracting Officer for this contract and until the Contractor receives notice of such availability, to be confirmed in writing by the Contracting Officer. Solicitation will be posted approximately April 4, 2017 SOLICITATION NOTICE Posted 4/4/2017 Site Visit for this project scheduled for Monday 4/24/17 at 1:00 PM at: Dalton Cache Building Haines, Alaska Border Station Mile 42 Haines Highway Haines, Alaska 99827 Offerors must email the Contracting Officer ( amy.heusser@gsa.gov ) by 12:00 PM (noon) Alaska time, on Friday, 4/21/2017 with names of all attendees.
