Breast Implant Supplies The Indian Health Service (IHS), Phoenix Area Office (PAO), Division of Acquisition Management (DAM) intends to procure for breast implant supplies for patients with post breast mastectomies either malignant or benign, or asymmetries for post reconstructive surgery. Supplies are to be delivered to the Phoenix Indian Medical Center, Integrated Surgical Services (ISS)/Operating Room (OR) Department in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and terms and conditions of the contract.
