For request for solicitation, provide your name, the company name, Cage Code and a telephone number. PRON: AX7F0084AX. The Government proposes to acquire, on a five-year Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract, a minimum quantity of 70 each up to 500 each maximum with a 25 EA minimum order quantity of a SUPPORT, STRUCTURAL; NSN: 1560-01-253-0448; Part Number: 70219-42430-049 applicable to the BE UH-60 Blackhawk weapon system. Production Lead Time without First Article Testing is 70 each 338 Days after Contract Award (DACA) with deliveries to NEW CUMBERLAND, PA. 17070-5002. This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, CAGE CODE: 78286 The technical data for this part has undergone full screening per the DFARS PGI 217.7506, Spare Parts Breakout Program. The assigned AMC/AMSC is 4D. This item will be acquired for the first time directly from the actual manufacturer as indicated. The data needed to acquire this part competitively is not physically available, it cannot be obtained economically, nor is it possible to draft adequate specifications or any other adequate, economical description of the material for a competitive solicitation. Data required to manufacture parts of this assembly is not available. A previous source for these detail parts is no longer willing to sell to third party contractors without Sikorsky's permission. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that possess the ability and can either supply the product from the source or manufacture the required item(s) described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Contractors interested in manufacturing this item are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website below and looking under Standardized Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR): http://amcomdmz.redstone.army.mil/casl_cmo/casldba.casl_cmo_samsar All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
