Description
This is the entire uploaded solicitation package, containing the RFP cover, body, and Exhibits A, B, E, and F. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum (USHMM) is developing a special exhibition tentatively titled Americans and the Nazi Threat (Americans) that will be mounted in its 5,400-square-foot Kimmel-Rowan Exhibition Gallery located on the Museum's lower level. The exhibition is scheduled to open on April 6, 2018, and remain on view to Fall, 2021. USHMM is hereby soliciting for design/build audiovisual integration services to implement the audiovisual programs for Americans in accordance with the Statement of Work below. The services for this acquisition shall be phased with design consultation for the specification of appropriate audiovisual systems hardware, their purchase, potential systems prototyping, and hardware and systems installation and testing. Hardware purchased by the Contractor under the awarded Contract shall be treated as a reimbursable expense (supporting purchase documentation shall accompany all invoices). USHMM has scheduled a mandatory walk-through for Thursday, April 20, 2017 at 10:30 AM ET, limited to up to two (2) representatives from each Potential Offeror, by prior registration. To attend, e-mail Rhonda McPherson (RMcPherson@ushmm.org) w/cc to Bruce Falk (BFalk@ushmm.org) on or before April 13, 2017 at 5:00 PM ET with the name, title, and contact information (i.e., e-mail address and phone) of each participant and the name of the firm they represent. USHMM will follow up with confirmation and more detailed instructions, including a nondisclosure agreement, signature of which shall be a prerequisite for participation. USHMM regards the information to be conveyed at the Mandatory Walk-Through to be essential to formulating a responsive, responsible proposal and therefore reserves the right to refuse to consider any proposals submitted by Offerors who do not participate. Otherwise, all details regarding this solicitation will be found in the solicitation materials uploaded to FBO.
