- This hybrid time and material/firm-fixed requirement is being advertised under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 238220 Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors, with a small business size standard of $15 million. A Site Visit will not be held. This is a competitive procurement set-aside 100% Small Business. Solicitation, R17PS00725, will be posted on FedBizOpps at www.fbo.gov on or about April 14, 2017. The date for receipt of quotations is estimated to be on or about April 27, 2017 at 4:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. The solicitation shall be downloaded at the above website.
