Description
DRAFT Statement of Work The FDA's Office of Facilities Engineering and Mission Support Services, Logistics and Transportation Management Branch (LTMB) requires contractor support to conduct a transportation, traffic and parking analysis and provide recommendations for improvement at the FDA's White Oak Campus located in Silver Spring, Maryland. The Office of Acquisitions and Grants Services (OAGS) has issued this sources sought notice to determine the availability of any existing sources capable of satisfying this requirement. This notice will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a small business set-aside is possible. This is a sources sought notice to be used for market research purposes only. This is not a request for quotations or other solicitation. The proposed NAICS Code for this requirement is 541614 - Process, Physical Distribution and Logistics Consulting Services, with a small business size standard of $15.0M. Any businesses with the availability and capability to meet the requirements in the attached draft Statement of Work (SOW) shall submit a capability statement by the Response Date of this notice showing their ability and willingness to complete this requirement. At a minimum, respondents shall provide capability statements that include: • Business name, bio, DUNS number, business address, business website, point of contact information, phone number, and email address • Business socio-economic status (i.e. SB, 8(a), VOSB, SDVOSB, HubZone, SDB, WOSB, etc.) • Descriptive literature, brochures, marketing material, etc. detailing the nature of the products and services. This information shall provide sufficient technical information for the Government to conclusively determine that the offered products and services meet the technical requirements • Past performance information for the sale of the same or substantially similar products and services including date of service, description, dollar value, client name, POC address, phone number and email • If applicable, identification of the offeror's GSA Schedule contract number and SINs which are applicable to the requirement This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract or otherwise pay for the information provided in response. Responses to this notice will not be considered adequate responses to a solicitation. Respondents are advised that the Government is under no obligation to acknowledge receipt of the information received or provide feedback to respondents with respect to any information it submits.
