Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), NCO20 is looking to set up a five-year Blanket Purchase Agreement for Armored Car Service to transfer money from canteens and cashiers in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and Alaska VA medical centers and community-based clinics. This procurement is restricted to all Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business. To be considered SDVOSB you must be certified in VIP (VetBiz). To qualify 50% of effort must be done by the SDVOSB or subcontracted to other SDVOSBs. All Offerors must be registered in SAM at https://www.sam.gov to be eligible for award. This is not a solicitation but an announcement of an upcoming solicitation. NAICS 561613 (Armored Car Service) applies-size standard is annual receipts of $20.5 million.
