Description
General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space: State:AL City:Birmingham Delineated Area:Birmingham Central Business District (see attached city center map and boundary narrative) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):4,916 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA):5,175 Space Type:Office Parking Spaces (Total):5 Parking Spaces (Surface):0 Parking Spaces (Structured):5 Parking Spaces (Reserved):0 Full Term:10 Years Firm Term:5 Years Option Term:Years 11-15 Additional Requirements:•Contiguous space. •3rd floor space or above is preferred. •An unencumbered, efficient, and regularly shaped (i.e., rectangular or square) floor plate with a single center core is preferred. •Ceilings shall be at a minimum 9 feet and 0 inches and no more than 12 feet and 0 inches measured from floor to the lowest obstruction. Areas with raised flooring shall maintain these ceiling-height limitations above the finished raised flooring. •Other typical and special requirements as called for in the Request for Lease Proposals (RLP) package. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100 year flood plain.
