- JOFOC (J&A) RFQ Package The US Embassy Abu Dhabi would like to get competitive quotes for LED light fixtures per the schedule of supplies /services provided in the RFQ attached with JOFOC. Vendor shall quote for net prices for door delivery to US Embassy Abu Dhabi via economic mode of Air shipment. Quotes are due on May 16, 2017 by 2:00pm (EST). In order for a quotation to be considered you must complete and submit the following: 1. Duly filled Standard Form 1449. 2. Detailed specification sheet /data sheet - as attachment. 3. 1 copy of your Priced Quote + 1 copy of your Technical Quote (without price). 4. Specify the method of Air delivery + no. of days required for door delivery to US Embassy, Street No. 18, Airport Road, Abu Dhabi (City), UAE. The U.S. Government intends to award a purchase order to the responsible vendor submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price technically acceptable terms based on initial quotations without holding discussions. However, we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so. Quotation shall be submitted via e-mail at AbuDhabiContracts@state.gov no later than 2:00pm on May 16, 2017 (EST),marking "RFQ # PR6189378" in the subject line of your email.
