DRAFT - CCS Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL) DRAFT - CCS System Specification DRAFT - CCS Performance Work Statement (PWS) DRAFT - CCS Statement of Work (SOW) Program Manager - Training Systems (PM TRASYS), Marine Corps Systems Command DRAFT REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) FOR THE COMBAT CONVOY SIMULATOR (CCS) MODIFICATION - PRESOLICITATION NOTICE PER FEDERAL ACQUISITION REGULATION (FAR) 5.2 NAICS Code - 541511 PM TRASYS intends to issue a solicitation for the modification of the in-service Combat Convoy Simulators (CCS). The below information and attached documentation is provided to industry as a draft Request for Proposal (RFP). All information provided as part of this notice, to include all documentation, is subject to change. ACQUISITION DESCRIPTION: The purpose of this acquisition is to modernize the hardware and software of the in-service USMC Combat Convoy Simulator (CCS). Options for Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) and Post Deployment Software Support (PDSS) are included. Additionally, options for the procurement of repair and spare parts along with the modification and follow-on support of the two Navy CCS systems are also included as part of this contract. Requirements for the modification of the CCS systems are provided in the CCS Modification Statement of Work. Requirements for CLS and PDSS are separately detailed in the CCS Modification Program CLS and PDSS Performance Work Statement. REQUEST FOR COMMENTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Industry is encouraged to submit comments and recommendations on the attached DRAFT documentation to edward.mcgrail@usmc.mil no later than 1100 local time Orlando, FL on 05 May 2017. Submission email shall utilize the title "PM TRASYS CCS DRAFT response."
