Description
Performance Work Statement Draft Sources Sought Joint Tactical Air Control (JTAC) Mission Qualification Training (MQT) The 48th Contracting Squadron at RAF Lakenheath, United Kingdom, is performing market research to determine the availability, interest, and capability of potential sources to provide specialized training to U.S. Air Force Personnel. This notice does not constitute a request for proposal, request for quote, or invitation for bid. The NAICS code for planning purposes include: 611699 - All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction RAF Lakenheath is seeking qualified sources and any information in regards to Joint Tactical Air Control (JTAC) Mission Qualification Training (MQT) services. A brief description of services is as follows: The U.S. Airforce has two (2) personnel who completed the JTAC qualification course and now require MQT training. Training support is needed to instruct and manage JTAC MQT training IAW Air Force Instruction 13-112 volumes 1 and 2. The training course will start on 1 July 2017 and must last no longer than 120 days. The ground training will be conducted at RAF Lakenheath and practical exercises will be conducted at multiple ranges in the UK, Germany, and other USAFE ranges as required. Instruction will also include simulator training in Germany. Please view attachment 1 - Performance Work Statement for additional details in regards to requirement.
