- Dear Prospective Vendor/Exhibitor: Thank you for your interest in participating at the 2017 Defense Health Information Technology Symposium (DHITS). The symposium is scheduled for July 25 - 27, 2017, at the Caribe Royale All-Suite Hotel and Convention Center, 8101 World Center Drive, Orlando, Florida. The theme for this year's DHITS is, "One Team, One Mission - Creating Our Future Together." For detailed registration, exhibit information and booth sales, and hotel information please go to: https://DHITS.cvent.com/2017DHITS Please note, registration and payment processes on the DHITS Website have changed. Please read and follow the instruction carefully. EXHIBIT INFORMATION The exhibit will be in the Grand Sierra A-I at the Caribe Royale Convention Center. EXHIBIT SET-UP AND DISMANTLE Move-In and Set-Up Monday, July 24, 12:00 - 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 25, 6:30 - 9:00 a.m. EXHIBIT HALL HOURS Tuesday, July 25, 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 26, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Thursday, July 27, 9:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. MOVE-OUT Thursday, July 27, 1:00 -5:00 p.m. BOOTH SIZE AND RENTAL FEES We have the following booth sizes available: 10' x 10' booth, 10' x 20' booth, and 20' x 20' booth. The cost is $3,500 for the first 10'x10' booth and $3,000 for each additional 10'x10' booth. The limit is 4 booths per company. Corner Fee: $500 for each corner on booth in addition to the price above. Your booth will have standard pipe and drape and the booth equipment will consist of 8' high background drape and 3' high side drape. The drape colors are black and white. Also provided are: one (1) 7" x 44" booth sign displaying exhibitor's company name and booth number, a six foot draped table, two chairs, and a wastebasket. The exhibit hall carpet is a floral mix. BADGES Exhibiting companies will receive four (4) full conference badges for the first 10'x10' booth. Companies will receive three (3) additional conference badges for each additional booth.
