- This electronic announcement constitutes the only pre-solicitation notice being issued; a written solicitation will be issued on or around 26 April 2017. Proposals will be due approximately 15-20 days after the solicitation is posted, with a proposed solicitation number of FA4600-17-Q-0016. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 238220, and the small business size standard is $15M. Product Service Code is Z2AA. This requirement will be set-aside 100% for small business. The Government intends to issue a contract to service a CH-1, twin screw compressors, water cooled, YORK model YR WA WB T1-46A, serial SMMM-148640, 300 Ton nomical capacity. The contract will include installing portable chiller connections and reapir the Chiller slide gate. All services shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in the solicitation, which shall be made available on the Internet at the Government Point of Entry (GPE) website, which is at the following address: https://www.fbo.gov. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation either before or after the closing date. All offerors shall be resgistered in System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Offerors must be registered in the SAM.GOV database before a contract can be awarded to your company. Please acknowledge all requirements of the solicitation in the proposals.
