- This acquisition is to obtain a firm fixed price quantity option purchase order for the purpose of purchasing spares; Noun: Shaft, Shouldered, NSN 3040-00-787-4273HL (Part Number: 204-040-130-5). The purchase order will have a basic period plus four quantity options. The Basic Period will require a First Article and a production quantity. A First Article Waiver may be granted to qualifying contractors. Please see the solicitation for details. Delivery is to be within 30 days after the completion of the study. No work on the production quantity is to begin until receipt of the final approval of the First Article. The Production Quantity for the Basic period will be 246 each. Option Quantities may be ordered up to 90 each per Quantity Option. Delivery for the basic production quantity is to be within 180 days of receipt of approval of First Article. Delivery for the Quantity Options shall be 180 days after receipt of the purchase order modification exercising quantity option(s). Destination: The First Article is to be delivered to Robins AFB, GA. The production quantities are to be delivered to Defense Logistics Agency in Corpus Christi, TX. Data or rights are owned by the Government for this solicitation. Approximate issue date of solicitation is 12 May 2017. Approximate response date is 12 June 2017.
