As a management and operating contractor, subcontracts awarded by the Laboratory are not Federal procurements, and are not directly subject to the Federal Acquisition Regulations in 48 CFR. Nonetheless, certain Federal laws, Executive Orders, and regulations may affect our DOE approved purchasing system, as required by statute, regulation, or contract terms and conditions." SLAC seeks vendor that can provide the following: "LSST Camera Housing" Item 1: Qty One, Camera Housing assembly per drawing LCA-10246 and SOW LCA-15016 Item 2: Qty One, Baffle Plate per drawing LCA-10248 Item 3: Qty Two, Support Rails per drawing LCA-10249 THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE.
