Description

Special Notice under Solicitation; W81K02-17-T-0296 Preventive Maintenance & Repair Services. Pursuant to FAR Subpart 13.106-1(b) (1), the U.S. Army, MEDCOM, Regional Health Contracting Office-Pacific Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Health Contracting Cell, Lacey, WA, intends to issue a sole source firm-fixed price award to Neuro Kinetics, Inc. in the amount of $57,000.00 for Base Year with (2) One-Year Options on their Stimulator Caloric Vestibular System located at the Department of Operative Services, Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma WA. The Preventive Maintenance & Repair Services are proprietary to the OEM, Neuro Kinetics Inc. This notice is not a request for proposal and a solicitation will not be issued. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies/services can submit supporting documents demonstrating their capability and specifications. Responses received will be used for future acquisitions. Information can be sent to the Purchasing Agent; Mr. Walter J. Bischoff, email; walter.j.bischoff.civ@mail.mil. No telephone or facsimile requests will be accepted. This procurement will be prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
