- Draft RFP Document The General Services Administration (GSA), Technology Transformation Service (TTS), Office of Acquisition (OA) is submitting this RFI as a means of conducting market research to identify capable parties having an interest in a requirement to provide Document Authentication Services for a portion of the login.gov requirement. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541519 - other computer related services THERE IS NO SOLICITATION AT THIS TIME. NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS MARKET RESEARCH. NO REIMBURSEMENT WILL BE MADE FOR ANY COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH PROVIDING INFORMATION IN RESPONSE TO THIS ANNOUNCEMENT. No communications that request additional information or a solicitation will be accepted or acknowledged. Meetings not to exceed one hour will be scheduled at the Government’s discretion with respondents to discuss feedback. Your feedback is very important to us and your response will be greatly appreciated. General Submission Instructions Any interested vendor must submit a detailed capability statement and return it via email to alberto.munoz@gsa.gov no later than Noon Eastern Time on June 16, 2017. The following introductory information is required on the first page: RFI Title Company name, address DUNS number, CAGE number - if available GSA contract number and appropriate GSA SIN - if available Name, telephone number & e-mail address of main point-of-contact Date of submission The following questions must be answered in your submission. Document Authentication Would you propose on these requirements with a five year contract and millions of transactions per year? (Max 1/4 page) If not what changes would make the opportunity more attractive (be specific)? (Max 5 pages) What feedback do you have about changes, additions, deletions to these requirements do you have (be specific)? (Max 5 pages) As part of the competition are you willing to submit to the Facial Recognition Verification Testing (FRVT) process at NIST https://www.nist.gov/programs-projects/face-recognition-vendor-test-frvt-ongoing? (Max 1/4 page) As part of the competition are you willing to submit an on-premise version of your service to be evaluated for accuracy and speed against a sampling of genuine, counterfeit and altered ids? (Max 1/4 page)
