Description

The subject solicitation is for two NSNs: 2520-01-079-4618 MOTOR CUP and 2520-01-088-5913 PUMP CUP. An indefinite quantity contract with a three year base period, and two option years is anticipated. The total duration, base plus option years shall not exceed 5 years. Items will be for FOB Origin as they are part of the First Destination and Transportation Program. These items are DLA Direct (stock) support. The NSNs have one quantity range each. The quanity range and Government required delivery will be notated on the solicitation. Unrestricted. Items are code and part numbered and approved source will also be provided in the solicitation. The solicitation will be made available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on or around the solicitation date of June 16, 2017. Based on market research the Government will be using FAR Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance and any other factors listed in the solicitation. All interested suppliers may submit an offer. See the solicitation for procedures to submit an offer.
