- The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ, intends to issue a solicitation to Alliant Techsystems Operations, LLC under FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(B), an existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) holder for the ACQUISITION OF NON STANDARD AMMUNITION to procure the following: Line Item # --- Cartridge/Item --- Quantity Range 0001 --- 30mm x 173mm PGU-46/B High Explosive Incendiary (HEI), ammunition (Part Number: 28070543-103) --- 50,000-200,000 The required delivery date for all items is 6 Months after Contract Award. The Government expects to award one Firm Fixed Price BOA Order to Alliant Techsystems Operations, LLC. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations.
