This is a Request for Information for the Brand Name or Equal commercial item FINISHING MOWER under NAICS 333111, 333112, or 444210 or similar coding prepared in accordance with Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice for the Veterans Administration--Northern Indiana Health Care System in Marion, Indiana. Responses should include the following information: (1) Business Name and Address, (2) Point of Contact Name and Phone Number and E-mail Address, (3) GSA/FSS Contract Number (if any), (4) DUNS and NAICS codes, (5) Business Size--SMALL or LARGE, (6) Type of Business--SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED, VETERAN OWNED, 8A, HUBZone, WOMEN-OWNED etc., (7) Status as Manufacturer or Authorized Distributor (with name and size of manufacturer); and (8) Confirm that the Business is registered with https://www.sam.gov. The equipment must be either shipped fully assembled, or fully assembled upon delivery. Please provide the estimated number of days for delivery after receipt of order. FOB Destination.
