- Description: SERVICES- Firearms Range Services This is a Combined Synopsis Solicitation for commercial items and will be conducted in accordance FAR Part 13 (FAC 2005-95). All quoters shall fully complete, sign, and submit the attached RFQ document and include any additional documentation being requested therein. The purpose of this Solicitation is to acquire a Firearms Range that will be used for tactical training of the Federal Government Police Officers stationed at the Bruce W. Carter, Miami VA Healthcare System. It is the intention of the Government to solicit via RFQ VA248-17-Q-0387, NAICS Code: 713990 in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, specifications, and schedules of the solicitation and award a contract on a competitive basis. The contract resulting from the solicitation shall be a Firm Fixed Priced contract. In an effort to meet the green initiative, documents shall be submitted electronically via email. Emails shall not be more than five (5) megabytes in size. Quotes submitted by any other means other than emailed will not be accepted. The electronic solicitation is hereby announced on this 5th day of the month of June 2017. The quoter shall be responsible for downloading all solicitation documents/amendments from the Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) website (www.fbo.gov) without further notice from the Department of Veterans Affairs. Interested firms must be fully registered and active in the SAM database www.sam.gov. All correspondence and any and all questions must be submitted in via email to: ana.vazquez@va.gov the Contract Specialist. All Requests for Information (RFI s) or questions are due by 14 June 2017 at 11:00am EST.
