- PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT REQUEST FOR QUOTE Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Lodging for New York City Class Trip, National Security Staff Ride (NSSR), AY18 Solicitation for the New York City hotel lodging requirement will be posted on https://www.fbo.gov for 30 calendar days. The solicitation number for this notice is UNAWRD-17-T-NY18. Method of solicitation is Request for Quotes-Automated (RFQ). This requirement is unrestricted for vendors that can provide hotel lodging services in the New York City area for the US Army War College, Carlisle, PA, in accordance with all terms and condition of the attached RFQ. NOTE: Third Party quotes will NOT be accepted. This notice incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-95 effective January 13, 2017 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS). The complete text of any of the clauses and provisions may be accessed in full text at http://farsite.hill.af.mil. The required Period of Performance is 17 April - 21 April 2018. Quotes are due No Later Than (NLT) 28 July 2017 at 4:00 p.m. EST and shall be emailed to dahalia.k.trevenen.civ@mail.mil and claudette.r.lyons.civ@mail.mil. Quoters shall provide the unit price for each Contract Line Items Numbers (CLIN) and the total amount, inclusive of shipping costs (FOB Destination). See attached RFQ for Contract Line Items Numbers (CLINS). The following FAR and DFARS clauses and provisions apply to this acquisition. Addendum to FAR 52.212-1: Instructions to Quoters-Commercial Items (See attached RFQ for Addendum) Addendum to FAR 52.212-2: Evaluation-Commercial Items (See attached RFQ for Addendum) Any award resulting from this solicitation will be issued on a Standard Form (SF) 1449.
