Description

Performance Work Statement (PWS) dated 16 June 2017 which includes technical and required work Refuse_Recycle Services 0917 Solicitation Wage Determination 2015-5105 Revision 1 dated 25 January 2017 This is a REQUEST FOR QUOTES (RFQ). A request for quotes is being posted for the Refuse and Recycle Services requirement at Fort Leavenworth. This requirement is being solicited as 100% SMALL BUSINESS. Requirement Package is attached. The requirement package includes the Solicitation, Performance of Work Standards and the Wage Determination which will govern the award of this requirement. Proposed vendor package will include completed and signed Solicitation, with costs completed for Base Year and all Option Years (as indicated), vendor capabilities statement/business card to address elements in performance work statement and current points of contact. Response is due no later than 7 July 2017, 12:00 p.m., Central Standard Time. All questions must be submitted by EMAIL no later than 28 June 2017, 12:00 p.m., Central Standard Time, for allowable response prior to the holiday. Primary point of contact: Teresa L.
