- Additional Requirements, Solicitation W15QKN-17-Q-1058 Site Map Solicitation Number W15QKN-17-Q-1058 Combined Solicitation/Synopsis for: 562111 - Solid Waste Collection Refuse Collection and Recycling Services, Pennsylvania This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; electronic quotes are requested. (i)The Solicitation Number is W15QKN-17-Q-1058. Additional requirements of this solicitation are attached. (ii)This acquisition is solicited as total small business set-side through the open market. The requirements will be fulfilled using Simplified Acquisition procedures, FAR Part 13 and FAR Part 12. This associated North American Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 562111 with a size standard of $38,500,000.00. The anticipated award will be a firm-fixed price purchase order. (iii)Description of services to be acquired: The U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey proposes to award a single firm-fixed-price purchase order in support of the 99th Regional Support Command for Refuse Collection and Recycling Services. Services shall be performed at the Uniontown United States Army Reserve Command (USARC) located at 1000 Mountain View Drive, Smithfield, PA 15478. The acquisition is to provide a clean environmentally safe workplace free of debris and pests. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, tools, material, equipment, transportations, fuel and other items necessary to provide refuse collection and recycling services in accordance with the Performance Work Statement. (iv) Period of Performance: The period of performance for this requirement shall be one 12-month base period and four 12-month option periods from the date of purchase order award. Inspection and Acceptance: Inspection and Acceptance shall be at Destination. FOB shall be at destination. Place of Performance Uniontown USARC 1000 Mountain View Drive Smithfield, PA 15478 (v) The provision at 52.212.1, Instructions to Offeror--Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (vi) The basis of evaluation will be based on the lowest price technically acceptable. Please review the attached documentation for the details of the basis of evaluation. (vii) Quoters should include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its quote, or note that a current electronic copy is available at https://orca.bpn.gov/. (viii) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Condition-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (ix) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (x) Site visit request and questions are due no later than 10:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time (EST), Wednesday 21 June 2017. Quotes are due no later than 10:00 A.M.
