- US Army Health Contracting Activity Regional Health Contracting Office - Atlantic intends to issue a solicitation for a Trophon Service Agreement for Guthrie Ambulatory Health Clinic, Fort Drum, NY. The contract will be a firm fixed price, non-personal services type contract. Services will be required beginning on 17 July 2017 and ending on 16 July 2018. This acquisition will be set aside for Small Business, NAICS Code 334510, Size Standard 1250.. All responsible sources may submit an offer. Release of the solicitation is scheduled on or about 19 June 2017. The solicitation and all amendments will be posted to FedBizOpps (https://www.fbo.gov). It is the responsibility of the offeror to review the web page for notice of amendments, updates or changes to the solicitation. No hard copies will be mailed. Inquiries about the solicitation will not be responded to until the solicitation has been released. To be eligible for award, prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) internet site, www.sam.gov, under the appropriate small business category and NAICS.
