- N00164-17-R-GP39 - TRANSFORMER PN77D620111 - FSC 5950 - NAICS 334416 Issue Date: 05 July 2017 - Closing Date: 04 August 2017 - 4:00 EST (EDT) ITEM DESCRIPTION- Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWC) Crane has a requirement for the procurement of transformers, PN 77D620111. This transformer is used in the TR-343 Transducer. First Articles are required unless the manufacturer has previously qualified and is still deemed to be qualified. The Navy intends to solicit and negotiate this contract on a full and open competition after exclusion of sources IAW FAR 6.2 as a 100% small business set aside. Delivery is required FOB Destination. Contractors must be properly registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and the Joint Certification Program (JCP) in order to receive the controlled attachments. Offerors may obtain information on SAM registration and annual confirmation requirements by calling 1-866-606-8220 or via the internet at https://www.sam.gov. Information about the JCP is located at https://public.logisticsinformationservice.dla.mil/PublicHome/jcp/default.aspx. The controlled attachments will be posted to FedBizOps at the same time the solicitation is posted. FedBizOps may be accessed at http://www.fbo.gov. All changes that occur prior to the closing date will be posted to the FedBizOpps website. For changes made after the closing date, only those offerors that provide a proposal will be provided any changes/amendments and considered for future discussions and / or award.
