- NOTE: All responses to this RFQ shall be submitted electronically to Benjamin Siltman at siltman@wapa.gov The Western Area Power Administration, Rocky Mountain Region has a requirement for two (2) comm batteries at two (2) different locations in Nebraska. Delivery will be 120 days after receipt of order. FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures [or FAR Subpart13.5] is being utilized for this requirement. The solicitation is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 335911; Size Standard is 1,250 employees.
