Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is 3045562161511704 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This combined synopsis/solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses including those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95 and DFARS change notice 20161222. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 112990 and the size standard is $750,000. This is a requirement for Military Working Dogs as indicated below.
