- SOLICITATION PLANS APPENDIX D Illinois River Basin, Multiple Sites Illinois, Spare Culvert Valves Summary of Work The work includes, but is not limited to, fabrication and delivery of spare culvert valves with options to include fabrication and delivery of spare culvert valves. NAICS Code: 332312 Size Standard: 500 Employees Basis for award: This supply contract will be a 100% small business set-aside utilizing Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) best value continuum source selection procedures in accordance with FAR 15.101-2. A single award will be made to the lowest price technically acceptable offer in response to the solicitation. The contract type will be Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP). The Government reserves the right to award no contract at all, depending on the quality of the proposals, prices submitted, and the availability of funds. Factors to be evaluated are Technical, Past Performance and Price. Site visits may be arranged during normal duty hours by contacting: Mr. Michael Edwards, P.E.
