- THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE ISSUED AS A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE This Request For Proposal which will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract. The part being procured is for NSN 1660-01-205-1256; Duct Assembly, Air C IAW Basic Drawing NR 81755 16Y176 Revision E DTD 01/12/1993; Government First Article Testing one 1 each; Critical Application item; Estimated Quantity of 30 each. Delivery of is Production quantity is 310 DARO; FOB Destination with Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. FOB Destination. DLA AVIATION RICHMOND does not currently have an approved technical data package available for either NSN. "This solicitation includes provision 52.215-9023, Reverse Auction. Since a Reverse Auction may be conducted, offerors are encouraged to access the ProcureX system to self-register and review the available training tools at: dla.procurexinc.com to learn more about how to participate in an auction. Offerors who do not self-register will be loaded at the time of auction by DLA Solicitation issue date is July 12, September 2017. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP. From the DIBBS Homepage, select " Requests for Proposal ( RFP ) / Invitation For Bid (IFB) " from the menu under the tab "Solicitations." Then search for and choose the RFP you wish to download.
