- Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory (PPPL), a United States Department of Energy National Laboratory and Federally Funded Research and Development Center (RDC) operated by the Trustees of Princeton University, a Department of Energy Prime Contractor, wishes to solicit quotations in response to Request for Quotation No. 17-060-R for office furniture to be delivered and installed in the LSB Annex East at PPPL. The specific manufacturers and furniture specifications can be found in the full RFQ (link below). PPPL anticipates that the current construction project taking place in the LSB East Annex will conclude on 18 September 2017, with furniture delivery and installation to commence immediately thereafter. All Parties that choose to submit a quotation must include their availability for delivery and installation, including a duration, in working days, to complete installation. This procurement is set aside for Small Business. The applicable NAICS code is 423210, Furniture Merchant Wholesalers. Quotations received will be evaluated on a lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) basis. Award of a Firm-Fixed Price Purchase Order, if any and at PPPL's sole discretion, will be made to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder - price and all other factors considered. Quotations are due to PPPL no later than 5:00 PM EST on Friday, 30 June 2017.
