Description
Conforming RFQ inclusive of changes per the Response to Vendor Questions 1, dated 25-June-2017 Response to Vendor Questions 1, dated 25-June-2017 RESPONSE TO VENDOR QUESTIONS #1: 25-June-2017 (see attached package "RFQ TF SINAI TSCIF 25JUN2017" for amended RFQ incluisive of changes pertianing to this Response to Vendor Questions 1 25JUN2017) Conflicting/Confusing SOW information pertaining to ports in workstations - CHANGE: T-SCIF "WORK AREA" shall be configured with fifteen (15) workstations, each with the following: one (1) JWICS port, one (1) SIPR port, one (1)NIPR port, two (2) additional RJ45 ports, and four (4) power outlets. Total workstation ports: fifteen (15) JWICS, fifteen (15) SIPR, fifteen (15) NIPR, thirty (30) RJ45 ports. Total workstation power outlets is sixty (60). This change does not affect the power outlets and port requirements for T-SCIF printers. Question pertaining to HVAC tonnage - ADDITION: The following load information is provided for rough estimating purposes only. Prospective offerors may recommend different HVAC options and pricing as desired. Offerors should explain calculations and estimates as excessive capacity is not desired. Stations will have two (2) small form factor desktop computers (SIPR and NIPR) which share a monitor using a KVM switch. One computer will always be in sleep mode. Expected occupation of the facility is no more than ten (10) 100W heat producing individuals at any given time. Question pertaining to On-Site Contractor Representative (CAMP SOUTH, SINAI) - ADDITION: Vendors should plan for a maximum of three (3) weeks on-site. Concrete pad and utility connections are expected to be available upon delivery of T-SCIF container. The requiring activity will coordinate Egyptian Visa not later than sixty (60) prior to arrival and will coordinate base access.
