- MAINTAIN MULTIFUNCTION DEVICES (MFDs) FOR WISCONSIN NATIONAL GUARD (WING) SOURCES SOUGHT. This is a Sources Sought Synopsis announcement; a market survey for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR PROPOSALS AND NO CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests. The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential HUB Zone, Small Businesses and Service Disabled Veteran Sources, Small Disadvantaged Businesses 8(a), or Women Owned Businesses who are authorized/certified maintainers of Ricoh/Lanier multi-function devices. The Wisconsin National Guard owns 188 devices located in 64 different cities throughout the State of Wisconsin. The goal of this requirement is to award one maintenance/service contract to cover all of the machines throughout Wisconsin. A Contractor's status will be verified through SAM and SBA. This notice is for planning purposes only. All interested parties should respond. Wisconsin National Guard may issue a solicitation and/or award of a contract to complete project "Maintain Multifunction Devices (MFDs) for Wisconsin National Guard," subject to availability of funds. The Wisconsin National Guard is seeking qualified, experienced sources capable of performing the service and maintenance of all MFDs owned by the Wisconsin National Guard throughout the State of Wisconsin. The work includes furnishing of all plant, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required for a twelve month service contract. To the best of our knowledge, Ricoh USA, INC. is the only company capable of taking on a contract for the entire State of Wisconsin through the use of its local dealers as subcontractors performing the service and maintenance on our Ricoh and Lanier machines. The list of model numbers and locations is listed in an attached document package. The intent of the market survey is to determine whether there are authorized/certified socio-economic small business capable of performing the state- wide maintenance of our Wisconsin National Guard owned Ricoh machines. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. All interested concerns will provide this office, in writing, a notice stating their positive intention to submit a proposal as a prime contractor no later than 7 Jul 2017. This notification, which shall not exceed five pages, must include a completed and signed Source Sought Information Request Form (link to form below). In the event adequate Small Business contractors are not available for adequate competition for this project, it may be advertised as a sole source requirement.
