REQUEST FOR INFORMATION: SOURCES SOUGHT This is a Request for Sources Sought on the availability of Brand Name or Equal commercial items i.e., Signs and Signage under NACIS 339970 or similar coding for the Veterans Administration Ann Arbor Health Care System, Ann Arbor, Michigan. The signs are for the physical locations of Audiology Clinic and Mental Health Clinic and adjacent areas. All information and sources shall be collected by the contracting officer. Please provide information if your company is an SDVOSB, VOSB, Small Business, Large Business, or other appropriate small business designation. Information shall be submitted to Terry Van Allen, Contracting Specialist, at terry.vanallen@va.gov, no-later-than, Friday, June 30, 2017 at 5:00 pm, Eastern Time. The lease space is at 3800 Packard Rd. Ann Arbor, MI. 48108. These signs are designed for the new VA standard and shall only be used to perfectly match the existing signage at 3800 Packard Rd. The Mental Health clinic is moved into the facility. The Audiology clinic is currently under construction. There will be two installation phases for this procurement package. Phase I Mental Health Clinic The space is ready for the permanent signage to be installed. Phase II Audiology Clinic The space will be ready for the permanent signage on or after August 30, 2017. All signs shall be installed at Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance heights and standards. Sample signs are to be approved by the Subject Matter Expert prior to production and installation. Subject Matter Expert will be the Representative of the Ann Arbor VA Medical Center Interior Designer Division.
