Description

This is the same notice as N40084-17-R-0044, which was posted on 24 June 2017. NAVFAC Far East intends to award a sole source contract to The Louis Berger Group, Inc., 1250 23rd Street NW 3rd Floor, Washington, CD 20037. The Firm Fixed Price contract will be for a base and one (1) option year to provide infrastructure technical and advisory support services to Navy Program Management Support Office (Navy PMSO), Iwakuni for the Defense Policy Review Initiative-Iwakuni (DPRI-I). Please see the attached for a draft Performance Work Statement. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals by 10 Jul 2017 JST. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 10 July 2017 JST will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
