- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Statement of Work for Saturday July 8th to 20 July 2017 in order to provide daily breakfast and dinner meals to the Massachusetts National Guard training at Camp Ethan Allen, VT during this period. This requirement is to provide rations for the Massachusetts National Guard. This will include the provision of breakfast and dinner rations for 101 soldiers during this period. 1. STATEMENT OF WORK (SOW) I. BACKGROUND A. The contractor shall provide all personnel, supervision, and any items and services necessary to provide meals for 101 soldiers breakfast and dinner meals (12 breakfasts/12 dinners) starting with dinner Saturday, July 8th and ending with breakfast on Thursday 20 Jul 2017 to the Massachusetts Army National Guard, as defined in this SOW. II. SCOPE OF WORK CLIN 0001. SUBSISTANCE REQUIREMENTS - Breakfast Contractor shall provide 12 daily breakfasts in accordance with SOW starting on 9 July for 101 soldiers. CLIN 0002. SUBSISTANCE REQUIREMENTS - Dinner Contractor shall provide 12 daily dinners in accordance with SOW starting on 8 July for 101 soldiers. a) Breakfast Requirements: Menu should resemble the following content: Hot Breakfast, b) 100% juice, two choices of fresh fruit, one choice of cooked cereal,eggs,one grilled specially item(griddlecakes, French toast, or waffles) with syrup c) One breakfast meat, one potato choice, one choices of bread, being an whole grain, one breakfast pastry, d) Margarine or butter pats, choice of two or more spreads, plus jam or jelly e) Two flavors of yogurt standard beverage choices with sugar, sweetener, and cream and milk Dinner Requirements: Menu should resemble the following content: Hot Lunch/Dinner: a) 1 soup, 1main entrée 1 appropriate sauce or gravy to accompany entrees b) 1 choice of starch potato, pasta or rice to include healthy choices as tubule and couscous one dark green or deep yellow cooked vegetable, one salad, two choices of fruit, two choices of bread, to include rolls c) Margarine, or butter plus jams, jellies for each meal to include appropriate condiments like ketchup, hot sauce,soy sauce, mustard,relish, tartar sauce. d) 2 choice of dessert, standard beverage, choices to include one milk product of 2% or less bottle water Price shall be inclusive of all applicable service and delivery charges. Contractor will furnish all food items, cooked, and delivered to the areas and designated times as identified by catering manager and government event point of contact in accordance with this SOW. Contractor shall provide full service catering to include setting up, plates, napkins, silverware, glasses / cups, clean up equipment to keep food hot/cold and removal of all trash. Additional Contractor Requirements: No Contractual Changes can be made without the acknowledgement of a Contracting Officer. All deliver containers will be in serviceable shape to include no leaks, not rust, and no cracks in the container. The personnel signing for the delivery will check for well maintained and acceptable delivery. Use a headcount of 101 meals when preparing your quote (END OF STATEMENT OF WORK) ¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬¬.
