Description

This announcement for a single award IDIQ type contract on 6/28/2017 is provided for informational purposes only. SAFE Boats International, LLC (SBI) located in Bremerton, Washington has been awarded a $0 Contract HSCG23-17-D-PLK001 with a contract ceiling amount of $50,000,000.00 over a five year performance period. Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract provides Safe Boats Defender Class boat sizes 25'CC, 25'FC, 25'FC10, 27'FC, 27'WA, 33'FC and 38'FC as well as boat options, initial boat spares and in-country training for foreign military sales (FMS) customers. Use of this IDIQ contract is only authorized with the circumstances permitting other than full and opens competitions as approved by FMS Case letters of offer and acceptance (LOA) under FAR 6.302-4 International Agreements and procured by HQ USCG CG-9123. Congressional announcements will be done at the delivery order level against this contract with funding over $1 million if pseudo FMS case funding is applicable involving U.S. Appropriated Funding. However, most FMS Case funding will be non-appropriated funding for delivery orders under this contract that are not applicable to the requirement for announcements over $1 million.
