The purpose of this amendment is to post the Questions and Answers and drawing of the office Space. Please see the information below. The due date for quotes is extended to 16 July 2017. Questions & Answers July 7, 2017 Q1: For the workstation with return it states that the workstation is 60x30 with a 24x30 return and 2 3 drawer file cabinets.   This configuration will not allow enough leg room to sit at.   A1:   One 3 drawer file will suffice. Q2: I assume the 2 drawer lateral files are to be laminate to match the workstations but are the 4 drawer file cabinets to be metal? A2: Metal or laminate to match workstations. Either one will be great. Q3: Is there a drawing so we can see the overall layout?   It would be helpful in getting a quote for the install. A3: We are still working with the A/E on the design. I do not yet have a CAD drawing, but I have attached a PDF of our most recent iteration of the design. See attachment. Q4: Do you have information for the parameters of delivery to the building, i.e. is it one story.   If not, is there an elevator?   What is the entrance to the clinic (double doors, loading dock, etc.)?   Q4: The clinic will be located on the second floor of an office building with 2 elevators.
