- W912EE-17-T-0026 - HVAC at BLDG 2 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. REMOVE AND DISPOSE OF OLD ROOFTOP MAU, FURNISH AND INSTALL (1) NEW 12.5 TON RTU WITH 2 STAGE COOLING / GAS HEATING, CURB AIR DUCT DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM AND TOUCHSCREEN THEMOSTAT. FURNISH AND INSTALL A 3.5 TON VRF SPLIT HVAC HEAT PUMP WITH (1) CONDENSING UNIT AND (2) CEILING CASSETTES AND CONNE TO EXISTING GAS PIPE ACORDING TO THE MANUFACTURER SPECIFICATIONS. PLEASE PROVIDE PRODUCT BROCHURE OR LITERATURE OF THE REPLACEMENT UNITS AS PART OF TECHNICAL EVALUATION. SEE THE SCOPE OF WORK WITHIN THE ATTACHED SOLICITATION W912EE-17-T-0026. TO DELIVER AND INSTALL BY 9 AUG 2017. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W912EE-17-T-0026 is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ) with the intent to issue a single Firm-Fixed Price Contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-95. THIS PROCUREMENT IS BEING COMPETED AS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238220 - Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors.; Size Standard, $15M. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with regulations at FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13 -Simplified Acquisition Procedures. SOLICITATION W912EE-17-T-0026 IS ATTACHED TO THIS POSTING.
