Description

The purpose of this amendment is to answer the following questions received: If a company can only bid on SPECT or PET confirming that their response will be accepted. Must be both Request for non-HEU (LEU) only moly.   Government requires all vendors to move to non-HEU (LEU) by 2020.   Currently non-HEU (LEU) generators are Monday Calibrated delivered by FedEx for Tuesday.   This would mean that >90% of the Tc products would be non-HEU (LEU) and labeled as such.   Confirming this be acceptable. Acceptable Line Item 40 Flood Source Requesting 30, this number seems very high for a flood source, can you confirm.   Should be 2 each. Line Item 32 & 33 the High & Low doses do not match up for the Cardiac Studies, can you confirm as the number of doses should be the same. High dose should be more than low dose because some patient have exams with high dose on concurrent days. Line Item 32 & 33 are requesting Sestimibi(Cardiolite) which is a cardiac agent, are we able to quote Myoview which is a cardiac agent used instead of Sestimibi and Cardiolite which is the branded cardiac agent. Both of the cardiac imaging agents are acceptable.
