Description

In accordance with FAR 13.106-1 (c )(1), the Department of Veterans Affairs intends to perform oral solicitations for 3 each Nephroscopes with accessories for the Puget Sound VAMC, 1660 S. Columbian Way Seattle WA 98108. This will be set-aside for SDVOSB s in NAICS 334510 Electromedical and Electrotherapeutic Apparatus Manufacturing. To be considered eligible for award all SDVOSB s must be registered/verified through Vetbiz.gov. If you wish to be included in this solicitation please respond electronically to laura.davis5@va.gov by 5PM PDT July 14, 2017. The contract will be awarded: o/a Monday, July 17, 2017. This will be a brand name or equal to solicitation to the following Items manufactured by Olympus, 3 each: PERCUTANEOUS NEPHROSCOPE WA33036A 3 each: OUTER SHEATH, 25FR, ROTATAB WA33037A 3 each: OBTURATOR FOR WA33035A/37A 3 each: ADAPTER ELLIK WA33026A 3 each: IRRIGATION PORT 1 STOPCOCK ROT A220561A 3 each: STERILIZATION TRAY W/LID WA05970A 3 each: GRASPING FORCEPS-3-NAILLUM WA63817A 3 each: GRASPING FORCEPS-TOOTHED WA63815A 2 each: OPERATION MANUALS To be considered technically acceptable, the nephroscopes must meet the following minimum salient characteristics with the remaining items to be compatible and work seamlessly with the nephroscopes: - Must be compatible with the existing: Processor and Light Source  CLV-190 EVIS EXERA III Olympus, OTV-S7Proh-HD-10E and 12E Camera Head Olympus OTV-S7Proh-HD-L08E Olympus Camera Head. - Must be rated as a cystoscope - No greater than 22Fr diameter - 30-degree directional view - Extra-long working length, at least 230mm - Outer Sheath, 25Fr only with high-flow design - Autoclavable, gold tip feature that allows the tip of the scope to expand and retract during sterilization. Vendor shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) authorized dealer, authorized distributor or authorized reseller for the proposed equipment/system such that OEM warranty and service are provided and maintained by the OEM. All software licensing, warranty, and service associated with the equipment/system shall be in accordance with the OEM terms and conditions. This procurement is for new Equipment ONLY; no remanufactured or "gray market" items. All Equipment must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. This notice satisfies the requirement at FAR 5.201 to synopsize proposed contract actions. The Government will not pay for information submitted. This will be the only notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate, and award to one source to satisfy this requirement.
