Description

The Network 10 Contracting Office, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, Michigan, 48106, is soliciting - RFQ to be posted to FBO on or about July 21, 2017 - and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for RSO/Medical Physicist services at the Battle Creek VA Medical Center, 5550 Armstrong Road, Battle Creek, MI 49037 and the Wyoming VA Health Care Center, 5838 Metro Way, Wyoming, MI 49519. NAICS Code 541990, size standard $15.0 million. This solicitation shall be conducted in accordance with FAR 13.5. The Contractor shall provide RSO and Medical Physicist services to include RSO Services and annual ACR testing for all listed equipment. The period of performance is twelve (12) Months after date of Award with 4 (1) year options, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation.
