- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The 27th Special Operations Contracting Squadron, Cannon AFB, New Mexico intends to award sole source purchase orders to The Carpet Shop of Clovis, McDaniel's, Inc., and Burn's Hardware. These vendors will be providing Carpet removal and installation. These purchases will be made under the pre-existing Blanket Purchase Agreements FA4855-12-A-0004/0005/0006. These vendors are all local with competitive pricing. The anticipated award date is 27 July 2017. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. Deadline date for the submittals is 27 July 2017 at 12 pm Mountain Standard Time. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The closing date for this Synopsis is 27 July 2017 at 12:00 PM Mountain Standard Time.
