- RFI NSN: 1730-01-610-4147RN, PN: 201219040-10, B-52 Drag Chute Maintenance Stands allows maintenance personnel use of multiple levels to perform maintenance on the B-52 aircraft and to install/service the drag chute to ensure the aircraft is mission ready. The B-52 Drag Chute maintenance stands are relatively simple structures consisting of a frame assembly, main stairway, two working platforms, and a hoist assembly.This requirement is for one (1) each for basic year with a quantity range of 1-2 each for Option I. The delivery schedule is 180 days (6 months) ARO/Exercise of Option as applicable. The place of delivery is Barksdale AFB, LA for the basic year quantity and will be cited at time of exercised Option I. Destination may be Conus/Oconus. Solicitation is being issued on a sole source basis to DAE Holdings, LLC under authority of 10 USC 2304(c) (1), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. See J&A attached for justification.All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The estimated issue date for the solicitation to www.FedBizOpps.gov will be 11 May 2017 with an estimated response date by 11 June 2017,and an estimated award date by 11 Aug 2017.
