Description

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT The Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, hereby gives notice of their intent to award a contract to RedHawk IT Solutions, LLC, 2689 Maple Ridge Dr., Woodbridge, VA, 22192-3826, on a sole source basis utilizing FAR 13, Simplified Acquisition, procedures in accordance with 41 USC 253(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The Office of the Comptroller has a requirement for Core Impact Professional Annual Software Maintenance Renewal. Core Impact Pro is a comprehensive software solution for assessing and testing security vulnerabilities. This is a requirement for Core Impact Professional, 2 Machine Perpetual License Annual Software Maintenance Renewal. RedHawk IT Solutions is sole-source provider of software maintenance for Core Impact Pro products. This is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received in writing within three days after date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the services outlined in this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
