Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice to determine the interest level for a Construction Services Project at the Harry S. Truman Building in Washington, DC. Amendment 0001 (6/22) - The Method of Award will no longer be on the basis of Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, but rather Best Value. Please see attached Amendment for further details. Questions & Answers Posted 6/23/17 (see Attachment titled 'Questions & Answers') Amendment 0002 (6/23) - The Proposal Due Date has been extended by twenty-nine (29) days. The new proposal due date is July 24, 2017, at 2:00pm EST. Amendment 0003 (6/27) - The Award is now open to all interested contractors, not just those who responded to the Sources Sought Notice. Questions & Answers Pt. 2 Posted 7/20/17 (see Attachment titled 'Questions & Answers Pt. 2') New Addendum, titled 'Addendum 2,' as referenced in Question & Answers Pt. 2, is available on disc for pick-up (7/20/17).
