- THIS ACQUISITION IS FOR SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation A17PS01049 is a Request for Quotations. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-95. NAICS Code 337214. BIE anticipates award of a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract as a result of the Request of Quote. Award will be made to the lowest priced offeror, whose quotation is conforming to the requirements herein, will be most advantageous to the Government, and is fair and reasonable. PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE SOLICITATION THOROUGHLY. SPECIFICATION: 1. CONTRACTOR MUST COME ON SITE FOR ACCURATE MEASUREMENTS OF THE ROOM FOR WORKSTATIONS. NOTE: PLEASE DO NOT CALL FOR MEASUREMENTS. All contractors submitting quotes must be registered in the SAM www.sam.gov in order to receive contracts and purchase orders from the Federal Government pursuant to FAR Clause 52.204-7.
