- PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE PORTABLE LATRINE SERVICES for Directorate of Public Works (DPW) The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) - Fort Hood, Texas anticipates issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a Contractor to provide Portable Latrine Services in support of the United States Army Directorate of Public Works (DPW) located at Fort Hood, Texas 76544. DESCRIPTION: The Contractor shall supply and service portable sanitation units (PSUs) including handicap units, hand wash stations (HWSs) and vault latrine service on an “as needed” basis to provide daily, weekly, or monthly portable latrine rental. This requirement is for supplies and services specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and includes all supervision, labor, tools, units, equipment, materials, permits, repair parts, and transportation in accordance with the contract. The Contractor shall perform the services required to deliver, relocate, pick-up and service. The procurement will be solicited competitively as a 100% small business set-aside. The Government anticipates a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 562991 – Septic Tank and Related Services with a size standard of $7.5M. The tentative date for issuing the solicitation is on or about 7 August 2017 under solicitation number W91151-17-R-0029. Solicitation closing dates will be identified in the solicitation.
